Nature of the service

IOfate provides a SaaS software (Whalinvest) allowing users to define and automate their own investment strategies in crypto-assets (e.g. scheduled purchases, execution of automatic rules).

IOfate/Whalinvest does not offer custody, purchase or sale services for crypto-assets. Users remain the sole holders of their funds, which remain secure on their partner exchange platforms (Binance, KuCoin, Bitfinex, etc.).

No discretionary management

Whalinvest does not make any investment decisions on behalf of the user.

The proposed features (Robots, DCA, automated trading agents) are entirely configured, activated and deactivated by the user.

The user retains exclusive control over the activation or deactivation of strategies at all times.

No investment advice

Whalinvest does not provide any financial, legal or tax advice.

Using the platform does not constitute personalized investment advice in any way.

Each user is responsible for their own choices and decisions.

Billing

The fees applied by Whalinvest compensate for access to the software and its features, and do not constitute a commission related to asset management services.
